# Highlights
Quickly find duplicate agent records in a [new report](https://next.spectora.com/reporting/duplicated-agents) using matching criteria such as:
- First name and last name (default)
- First name and last initial
- Last name and first initial

Once you surface these records you can click on **Resolve** to open a window to:
- Select which ones to include in the merge
- Select which one is the "master record"
- Specify which data from each record included you want to end up in the merged record
- Quickly validate that all the selected data points are correct before merging

The merge process now also takes care of removing the records that were merged into the "master record".
